Rates

• Sessions are 50 minutes at the rate of $150/session.
  • • All major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted forms of payment for services.
  • • Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, so inquire for more information.

  Please note: I do not accept insurance as payment. All payments are due on date of service, however, I will provide you with a coded superbill for you to turn into your insurance for partial or full reimbursement, based on your insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend a session that you have previously scheduled time for, please inform me at least 24 hours before hand. If you do not cancel, and do not show up for your session, you may be charged for the rate of the time.
